A company is only as strong as the employees pooled base of knowledge. SIGNAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS is no different. Our growth is fueled by having excellent representatives on staff. We do not always have openings, but we always accept resumes.

As we provide a wide range of products and services to our customers, our employee needs are quite diverse. Common traits we look for are motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, varied background and experience in the department you are applying to work in. It is helpful to provide a salary history or desired salary range with your resume.

We seldom advertise our openings and we typically hire from our on file applicants. We retain resumes for two years unless instructed otherwise. We do not utilize headhunter services. All full time positions include a standard benefit package including medical insurance and paid holiday/vacation time.

Some positions allow us to be flexible in work arrangements. Some folks are looking to share their talent with us but are not interested in an 8 to 5 position, if you have ideas and talent let me know what works for you.

Various positions exist in our three major areas of focus: Telecom, Data and Wireless. These would include Customer Service, Operations, Outside Sales, Inside Sales, and Technical. All Federal, State and Local employment practices are strictly followed.
